Any person or organisation that has participated either voluntarily or lucratively in an activity of an educational, interpretational or awareness-raising nature regarding the natural or cultural resources of the Saguenay–St. Laurence Marine Park is eligible for the Rosaire Corbin Award.

The contest is not limited to members of the regional tourism associations that played a role in establishing the award. However, the candidate must reside or have a place of business in Québec.
